Product Manager - Movement Disorder Therapy @ Rusan Pharma

Job Description

Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences or Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies for Aposan in the Movement Disorder segment.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and joint doctor visits to promote products and support the sales team.
• Deliver product and therapy training programs for field force teams.
• Prepare scientific presentations, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams for product lifecycle management.
• Collect field feedback and implement strategies to improve brand performance.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Pharma Product Management, Marketing, or Sales.
• Experience in the Movement Disorder therapy area is preferred.
• Proven expertise in doctor engagement, product pitching, and joint fieldwork.
• Experience in training medical representatives and field staff.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
