Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including presenting and aligning initial service packages with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of promised services.
  • Track client interactions, gather feedback, and proactively improve client experience and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferring only Male Candidates
  • Candidates with a minimum of 9 months of experience (10th and 12th 56% and ug as mandatory)or 2026 graduates(10th and 12th with 65% &college with 50%) are eligible to apply.
  • Must own a bike, Android mobile, and laptop.
