Hiring for Customer Support


Role & responsibilities


- Handle customer queries: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.

- Resolve complaints: Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions within SLA.

- Product/service guidance: Explain features, benefits, and usage to customers to drive understanding and satisfaction.

- Order & account management: Process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and update customer account details accurately.

- CRM documentation: Log all interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.

- Follow-ups: Make outbound calls or emails to ensure issue resolution and collect customer feedback.

- Process improvement: Share customer feedback trends and suggest improvements to reduce repeat issues.


Skills Required:


- Communication skills: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication in English/Hindi

- Active listening: Ability to understand customer issues fully before responding

- Problem-solving: Quickly analyze situations and provide logical, effective solutions

- Patience & empathy: Stay calm with frustrated customers and show genuine concern

- Multitasking: Handle multiple chats/calls while updating CRM without errors

- Product knowledge: Fast learner who can understand and explain offerings clearly.

- Time management: Meet SLA, response time, and AHT targets consistently

- Conflict resolution: De-escalate angry customers and turn negative experiences around

- Adaptability: Handle policy changes, new tools, and different customer types easily

Rotational shifts for boys

Day shifts for girls

One way cabs in odd hours

Good english required

Incentives will be based on performance
