Job Description
JOB DECRIPTION:
Designation: Executive - HR
Work type: Work from office
Experience: 6 months -3 years (Experience from Bulk Hiring (Consultant/ Corporate) is preferrable)
Preferred: Male
Work Location :IG-3, 3rd Floor, Phase II, Chennai One IT Park,
Pallavaram 200 Feet Ring Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600 097
Job Description
- To source and identify prospective candidates using a variety of job Portals.
- To Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.,
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Should be a good Team Player / Decision Maker
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods will be a added advantage.
- Having prior expertise in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
- Experience in BPO hiring / experience in consultancy working for BPO requirements will be an added advantage.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Education and Experience:
Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory.
