Job Description
Job Summary
Muthoot Finance Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Interns to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR MIS. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for on-roll conversion as an HR Executive upon successful completion of the internship.
Internship Duration
- 12 Months
Stipend
- Months 1-6: 12,000 per month
- Months 712: 18,000 per month
Career Growth
- On successful completion of the internship, candidates may be absorbed as HR Executive
- Post-conversion CTC: 3.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA (HR) / BBA with HR Specialization
- Freshers can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
