We are hiring experienced Quality Analysts (QA) in SDS / General Surgery and Anesthesia coding. Candidates with strong auditing experience in surgical coding domains are preferred.

• Candidates with Anesthesia-only experience can also apply
• Candidates for SDS / General Surgery must have experience across all surgery series (16)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits on coded charts
• Review SDS, General Surgery, and Anesthesia coding accuracy
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements
• Provide feedback and training to coding teams
• Handle quality improvement initiatives and error analysis

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SDS / General Surgery / Anesthesia coding QA
• Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems
• Knowledge of surgical procedures (Series 16)
• Exposure to US Healthcare / RCM
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills

Certification (Preferred):

CPC / CCS / CIC / COC

Notice Period:
