Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Explain technical specifications.
  • Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments.
  • Train sales teams on product features and value propositions.
  • Train service engineers and technicians on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and update training content when products change.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4years of experience in electronics manufacturing, technical support, field applications, or product training.
