Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 12-15 Years
Work Model : Hybrid 3-4 days working from office
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software projects in a dynamic, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in IT project management, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent software development projects (Java/.Net)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with AI Powered Engineering tools.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in Agile environments.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development or architecture.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a global delivery model.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
