Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales funnel, driving revenue growth, leading a team of Sales Executives, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned location.
  • Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to project closure.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across all sales stages.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Design Consultants/Sales Executives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor individual and team productivity metrics.
  • Develop action plans to improve team performance and target achievement.

Lead Management

  • Ensure timely allocation and follow-up of leads.
  • Track lead aging, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
  • Implement best practices to improve lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Ensure adherence to customer follow-up processes and SLAs.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and business trends.
  • Present sales updates and business insights to senior management.

Customer Engagement

  • Participate in customer meetings for high-value opportunities.
  • Handle escalations and ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams post-sales closure.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and CRM usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales dashboards.

Educational Qualification

  • Strong experience in Home Interiors, Interior Design, Modular Kitchens, Furniture Sales, Real Estate, or Home Improvement sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Data-driven approach with strong reporting and forecasting capabilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
