Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in daily rounds of patients, assessments of clinical status and documentation of current, complete records and Patients File.
Patient Counseling.
Write transfer and discharge notes on case paper as per requirement.
Any other work as and when required

Preferred candidate profile BAMS/BHMS with Fresher & above experience
