Job Description
*Access Healthcare Company is Hiring for Freshers and Experience
who are interested to work in Night shift & International Voice Process .
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through phone, email, or chat.
- Process requests, provide product information, and offer solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
- Experience working in an International BPO is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Ability to work night shifts with fixed weekend offs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
