Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Handle employee grievances and relations by providing redressal solutions through fair processes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies to maintain industrial harmony and compliance with labour laws.
- Ensure timely payroll management, performance appraisal management, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee welfare programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labour Laws, Payroll Management, Compliance Management, Performance Appraisal Management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare.
