Location: Bangalore - Kengeri, Electronic City, Kankapura, Sarjapur

Department: Residential Resale Property

Team Handling Experience: Managing a team of 5-10 members


About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Head Residential Resale to lead and manage the resale property sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with property owners and buyers, and ensuring smooth execution of residential resale transactions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the Residential Resale business within the assigned cluster.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property listings and successful closures.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore residential resale market.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high productivity and customer engagement.
  • Ensure strong pipeline management and effective lead conversions.

3. Market Development

  • Build strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

4. Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the property resale process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal documentation.

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Track and report cluster performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Provide insights on market demand, inventory gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning to expand the resale business in Bangalore.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential resale or secondary market transactions.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5-10 members.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
