- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams for a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset to assess candidate profiles and recruitment metrics. Tools:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a thorough evaluation of candidates.
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and preparing regular reports on recruitment metrics. To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
