Job Description

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, occupancy, and market penetration for INNOV8 centers in the assigned region. The role combines new business acquisition, account management, and channel development, with a strong focus on building long-term client and broker relationships.

You will work closely with center teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure sustained seat sales, timely collections, and best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, flex spaces, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills with comfort in handling CXO/decision-maker conversations.
  • Good connections and working relationships with brokers, IPCs, property consultants, or relevant ecosystem partners.
  • Experience in community building, events, or client engagement will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in any field is preferred; MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
