Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient data.
Prepare accurate and detailed summaries of medical records for insurance purposes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies in medical records.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive patient information.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Medical Records Management or related field (MRR).
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive medical summaries for insurance purposes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively.
