• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to achieve process targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
