Job Description
- It is a permanent work from home opportunity.
- It is 5 days working organization.
- 1 Month - Training will be provided.
- After training there is a probation period of 4 months.
Job Responsibilities of an IT Recruitment Consultant:
- To comprehend IT technical requirements and source relevant candidates.
- Line-up the relevant candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders to execute smooth interview drives.
- Follow-up with candidates and stakeholders for the final outcome of the interview.
- Capture the database of the candidates in our ERP software.
- Coordinate and negotiate with the candidates to on-board them.
- Managing and executing the bulk hiring drives.
- Prepare the MIS of the monthly recruitment action.
- Strive to achieve the target within the stipulated time period.
Please note we don't want any technical graduate students.(B.Tech, B.E)
Graduates with any specialization other than engineering can apply but they should be sincere and passionate about building career in HR role.
