Job Description:

We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in WorkSoft Automation Testing to join our growing team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end automation testing using WorkSoft tools
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scenarios and scripts
Support the complete application testing lifecycle
Collaborate with functional teams for validation, defect tracking, and sign-off activities
Ensure quality standards are met across testing phases
Prepare test reports and documentation

Mandatory Skills:

WorkSoft Automation Testing Experience
Test Scenario Design & Script Development
Functional & Regression Testing
Defect Tracking and Reporting
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Enterprise Application Testing
Understanding of SDLC and STLC Processes
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
