    Role Overview:
    You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to build and execute a strong lead generation strategy, helping drive qualified prospects into the sales pipeline and contributing directly to company growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Generate quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, webinars, events, and digital platforms.

    Identify potential prospects and decision-makers through research, market analysis, and outbound prospecting activities.

    Engage with prospective clients to understand their current business processes, pain points, and requirements.

    Deliver compelling and engaging presentations about our products, services, and value proposition.

    Schedule meetings and coordinate qualified opportunities for the Sales team.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and lead status in the GIFFY CRM system.

    Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

    Achieve individual lead generation targets and contribute towards overall sales and revenue goals.

    Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

    Develop strong product knowledge across SaaS, Cloud, Email Solutions, and IT Services to effectively support the sales cycle.

    Understand customer requirements across different business verticals and recommend suitable solutions.

    Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and SEO techniques effectively for outreach and lead nurturing.

    Desired Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

    Self-motivated with a positive attitude

    Ability to work in a target-driven environment

    Quick learner with problem-solving mindset

    Good knowledge of LinkedIn, social media marketing, and online research

    Basic understanding of IT Sales / SaaS / Cloud Solutions will be an added advantage
