Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US market.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs, resulting in successful project sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on project sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the US market, including familiarity with local regulations, industries, and cultural nuances.
