JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive- Front Office


  • Reporting to CRM
  • Creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers by Greetings and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally by setting a positive ambience.
  • Visitor Management to be maintained with transparency within the team for receiving, tracking and closing of service requests and complaints, though it should be updated periodically.
  • Required to have excellent time management skills, be good multitaskers and be prompt in communication for a lobby management.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, being responsible for creating a first impression of the company.
  • A front office executive is also accountable for performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations like managing phone calls, responding to mails.
  • Operation of Communication Systems Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Handling the front desk and maintaining visitor records.
  • Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
  • Escalate to reporting manager on any urgent / critical issues noted.
  • Complies with all policies, guidelines & standards always.
  • To take customer feedback & prepare reports
