Consultant / Senior Consultant Customer Support (International Non-Voice)

Job Description

IntouchCX is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Consultant / Senior Consultant Customer Support (International Non-Voice Process). We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience in international customer support environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice support channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow process guidelines and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience in International Voice and/or Non-Voice Processes is mandatory.
  • Excellent written English and grammar skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
  • Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (based on experience and current compensation).

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (24/7 process).

  • Strong written communication and analytical skills.
