Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and track progress of interview processes.
  • Assist in preparing interview materials such as questions, scorecards, and feedback forms.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team by maintaining accurate records and reports.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-1 year of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g. Calendly) for efficient calendar management.
