We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing excellent customer service to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Only Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
