Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the daily functionality of the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and banquet halls. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. Handle inquiries, manage facility bookings, and promptly resolve any complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train clubhouse attendants, receptionists, and housekeeping personnel. Manage staff schedules and evaluate performance.
- Event & Lifestyle Programming: Plan, organize, and execute social events, fitness classes, and community activities to foster an engaging environment.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee gym equipment servicing, utilities, and pool plant rooms. Track and order supplies such as cleaning chemicals, recreational gear, and F&B stock.
- Financial Administration: Manage the clubhouse budget, track expenses, and oversee revenue streams like facility rentals or guest fees
- Rule Enforcement: Ensure all residents and guests adhere to the clubhouse bylaws, safety guidelines, and operating hours.
