Head Water Infrastructure Projects

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / President Infrastructure
Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior LeadershipRole Overview
As the Head Water Infrastructure Projects, you will be the driving force behind BVG's water sector business you will be responsible for BD, Execution & Maintenance of all undertaken projects
Key Responsibilities includes :
- Identify opportunities in the water and wastewater space, convert it into order booking.
- Build Relationship with customers & Vendors
- Look out for JV Partners for Qualification.
- Co-ordinate with engineering team for most competitive BoQ & Winning Strategy
Project Planning & Execution
- Build a Project planning & execution team to enable on time completion of project.
- Project Monitoring & Identify critical input required and support the project team.
- Coordinate with design and engineering consultants to ensure technical compliance and value engineering.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a capable team of project managers, site engineers, planning professionals, and BD executives.
- Contribute to BVG's broader infrastructure strategy as part of the senior leadership cohort.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 18-22 years of hands-on experience in the water infrastructure sector, with a strong blend of business development and project execution experience.
- Proven track record of delivering medium-scale WTP and/or STP projects in the range of 50 Cr-300 Cr.
- Deep familiarity with government procurement processes tender evaluation, contract conditions (EPC / Hybrid Annuity / BOT), and CPWD / IRC / BIS standards.
- Prior experience working with or bidding for Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, NMMC, PMC, PCMC, or similar bodies is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to centrally sponsored schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT 2.0, or Smart Cities Mission is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: M. Tech (Environmental / Civil) or MBA (Infrastructure / Project Management).
