Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in an International Voice Process and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidates must have relevant International Voice Process experience.
- Candidates with only Domestic Voice Process experience are not eligible.
- Candidates with irrelevant/non-BPO experience are not eligible.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
