Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and deploy ML models that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and software development teams to create scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality model training.
- Optimize, fine-tune, and validate models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate machine learning models into software applications, APIs, or cloud platforms.
- Monitor deployed models and ensure performance, fairness, and reliability over time.
- Keep up-to-date with latest ML techniques, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps teams to maintain reproducibility and scalability of ML workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, GANs).
- Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research or open-source projects.
- Professional certifications in ML/AI or cloud platforms.
