Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection, offer letter coordination, and joining formalities.
- Handle basic HR administration and maintain employee records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media platforms is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
