Job Details:

  • Role: Network L1 Support Engineer
  • Experience: [2 6 Years]
  • Location: [Chennai / Bangalore ]
  • Notice Period: Immediate to [30 Days] Preferred
  • Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (if applicable)

Key Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Networking Concepts
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Routing & Switching Fundamentals
  • Network Monitoring and Incident Management
  • Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues
  • LAN/WAN Support
  • Understanding of Network Devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
  • Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
