Your Role
- Lead end-to-end transition activities including KT planning and execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet transition deliverables.
- Track and report transition progress to stakeholders.
- Manage transition financials and support RFPs from a solutioning perspective.
- Travel for client/vendor engagement as needed
Your Profile
- Candidate must have 614 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals, including KT planning, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and RFP solutioning, with strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills; PMP certification is a plus.''
