Job Description

Position: Director HRBP
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Rotational / 24x7
Compensation: Best in line with market standards


Preferred Experience:

  • 1218+ years of HR experience
  • 23 years of experience as a Senior Manager HRBP or previous experience as a Senior Manager in Contact Center Operations
  • Strong exposure to BPO/ITES/Contact Center environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end HRBP functions including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Partner with Operations, WFM, Training, Quality, and Support Functions to drive business performance.
  • Develop and implement retention and engagement strategies to reduce attrition and improve workforce stability.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, investigations, disciplinary actions, and escalation management.
  • Drive talent reviews, leadership assessments, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, POSH requirements, and governance standards.
  • Coach and mentor business leaders and HR teams to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Lead and develop HRBP teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
