Module / Application Lead
About the Role
Cubic Logics is looking for a passionate Module / Application Lead to own the development and delivery of specific product modules within our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
This is a hands-on development role where youll work closely with senior architects and product teams while guiding junior developers, reviewing code, and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using SharePoint Online, React JS, Node.js and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Own assigned modules and ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Break down requirements into technical tasks and coordinate execution with team members.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous product improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release activities.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
Required Skills
- 35 years of software development experience.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development.
- Good knowledge of React, Redis, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration development.
- Experience using Git and modern development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SPFx development.
- Exposure to Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
