Job Description

Core Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory)

• Azure Cloud Design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Deploying and managing applications, chatbots, voice bots, and AI workloads.
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Creating, maintaining, and automating infrastructure provisioning.
• Kubernetes Container orchestration, deployment, scaling, and management.
• CI/CD Pipelines Build, release, deployment automation, and production support.
• Application Deployment & Production Support Monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

AI/ML & Model Operations (Mandatory)

• MLOps / Model Deployment Deploying, managing, and monitoring machine learning models.
• Python Automation, scripting, ML integration, and statistical programming.
• SQL Database querying and data management.
• Machine Learning Fundamentals Model lifecycle understanding and deployment.

Conversational AI & Automation (Mandatory)

• Chatbot Infrastructure Setup Deployment and management of chatbot platforms.
• Voice Bot Infrastructure Designing and optimizing voice-based customer support solutions.
• NLP (Natural Language Processing) Integration with conversational AI services.
• Messaging Platform Integration Integration with communication channels and APIs.
• Agent Assist Solutions CRM integration and agent productivity platforms.

Cloud Native & Integration Skills (Mandatory)

• Multi-Cloud Experience Azure and GCP (AWS exposure is an added advantage).
• API Integration Integration of bots, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitoring & Observability Performance monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting.
