Job Summary
Matrix Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced maintenance professionals with expertise in Thermoforming and Molding machine maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and be capable of ensuring maximum machine uptime, troubleshooting breakdowns, and improving equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of thermoforming and molding machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility-related issues.
- Identify and rectify air leakage problems in compressed air and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of thermoforming production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
- For senior candidates, lead maintenance teams, manage vendors, plan maintenance schedules, and oversee plant maintenance activities.

- Relevant experience in Thermoforming, Plastic Processing, Packaging, or Molding Industry.
