Job Description

Manage statutory registrations and liaison with authorities for PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and Contract Labour Act.

Identify applicability and ensure adherence to all statutory rules and labour regulations.

Calculate and prepare accurate PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF challans as per prescribed slabs.

Ensure timely remittance of statutory dues through banks within defined timelines.

Handle collection, transfer, withdrawal, verification, and submission of statutory forms.

Prepare, file, and submit all statutory returns within due dates.

Maintain complete and accurate statutory records, challans, and returns databases.

Conduct monthly statutory audits at stores/locations and ensure compliance readiness.

Ensure display of statutory abstracts, notices, and maintenance of registers as per law.

Address and resolve statutory audit queries within timelines and ensure 100% compliance closure.
