Key Responsibilities:

• Drive health insurance business through retail broking channel
• Manage and achieve sales targets for health products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners & internal teams
• Lead, motivate and guide sales team for business growth
• Generate new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy issuance

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in Health Insurance products (Individual & Family Floater)
• Good understanding of retail broking sales process
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication & relationship management skills
