Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent coaching practices across the organization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching.
Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and employee progress.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a voice coach or in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international clients or teams is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is desirable.
