Job Description

• 7-10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to Digital, Data & AI hiring (Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, and emerging technology roles )
• Hands-on experience and understanding of AI technologies, AI talent landscape, and AI-led hiring practices
• Expertise in sourcing niche technology talent through multiple channels - Apart from Linkedin & Naukri , should have experience and expertise working through platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, X-Ray searches, tech communities, referrals, and social hiring channels
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume and high-growth hiring environment
• Strong data-driven recruitment and reporting mindset

Preferred:

• Experience hiring for Product, GCC, Consulting, or Enterprise IT environments.
