Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to employees.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and developtargeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging andinteractive training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommendimprovements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance theirskills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in trainingand development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process training or a relatedfield.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
