Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Bengali YouTube channels and daily content operations.
• Upload videos and manage titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata in Bengali and English.
• Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics.
• Coordinate with content and editing teams for timely publishing.
• Implement basic SEO strategies and track Bengali content trends.

Requirements:

• Graduate with experience in YouTube channel management or digital media preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Bengali is mandatory.
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and SEO.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Passion for digital media and Bengali entertainment.
