Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive HR to manage HR data, generate insightful reports, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MIS reporting, Power BI, and Workday, along with advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc HR MIS reports.
  • Manage and update employee data within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Generate reports related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
  • Support HR operations, recruitment, and payroll teams with data reporting requirements.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
  • Prepare management presentations and HR analytics reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Min 5 years of experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRMS.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Data Validation, Power Query).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with HR analytics and workforce planning.
  • Exposure to automation tools and reporting enhancements.
  • Understanding of HR processes, metrics, and compliance requirements.
