Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1.Develop and implement data driven approach, that aligns business needs and overall goals.
2.Use data to inform and guide business decisions ensuring formulation of effective and accurate strategies.
3.Extract meaningful insights from raw data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
4.Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to the stakeholders.
5.Keep updated on the latest trends/developments in data analytics including new technologies and techniques.
6.Work closely with business and other departments to ensure effective progress and alignment to the organisational goals
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification and Experience required
- Masters Degree (or equivalent) in business administration or similar field.
- 15 plus years of relevant, post qualification experience (Preferably in BFSI segment).
- Experience in data analysis and budget management.
- Experience with a focus on operations management.
- Proven success in Project coordination/management role.
- Strong project reporting skills with a focus on developing creative solutions.
