Principal Engineer @ Muthoot FinCorp (MFL)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture for complex systems using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead the development of high-quality code by mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Architecture, Principal Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of System Design principles and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in developing microservices-based applications using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
