Job Description
Position:- Accounts Executive -Export & Banking Operations
Experience: 6months-2yrs
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree /MBA, or a related field.
Location: Andheri , seepz Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate (Immediate joiners preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fresher or experienced professional with hands-on experience of 6months-2yrs in Export Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, SEZ/Custom Compliance (added advantage) and Banking operations. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
2. Export Accounting
- Handle accounting of export transactions and related documentation.
- Track export receivables and ensure timely realization.
3. Fixed Asset (FA) Accounting
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure proper capitalization.
- Calculate depreciation and manage asset lifecycle (addition, transfer, disposal).
- Conduct periodic asset verification.
4. SEZ / Customs Compliance
- Manage SEZ and Customs compliance, including:
- Monthly & annual returns filing
- Coordination with regulatory authorities
- Maintaining statutory records and documentation
5. FEMA & Banking Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations:
- Inward remittances tracking
- Settlement of outstanding bills
- FIRC documentation
- Annual Return & FLA filing
- Handle banking operations, reconciliations, and fund settlements.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Accounting & Financial Processes
- Hands-on experience in Export Accounting & FA Accounting
- Exposure to Banking operations and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills
