Job Title: SENIOR TEST LEAD - Core Banking Operations

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

Lead QA delivery for Temenos T24 (Transact) and Islamic banking platforms, ensuring compliance with GCC regulations and Sharia standards across core banking programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Own QA strategy, governance, and release management for T24 initiatives

Drive SIT, UAT, and regulatory validation cycles

Ensure Sharia-compliant validation of Islamic products (Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk)

Oversee integrations with payments, digital channels, and external systems

Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and third-party vendors

Build and lead high-performing QA teams in agile delivery

Required Skills:

10?12+ years in banking QA with strong T24 expertise

Deep knowledge of Islamic banking & Sharia compliance

Experience working in Middle East / GCC banking environments

Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Preferred:

Experience with regulatory reporting/testing in GCC

Exposure to multi-country rollouts

Deal Breaker Skill:Core Banking Operations

Mandatory Skills:Core Banking Operations

Desirable Skills:Functional Testing
