Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of HR outsourcing services to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality, consistent services.
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service offerings and delivery processes.
