Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Build and manage a health-focused agency force.
- Achieve budgeted sales targets for Retail Health products.
- Identify and onboard potential prospects as IRDA Agents or POSPs.
- Provide handholding, ownership, and servicing support to advisors.
- Drive advisor activation and progression to ensure consistent performance.
- Recruit agents and generate sales through their network.
- Ensure retention of agents by formulating structured development plans.
- Address advisors training needs and maintain regular communication.
Preferred candidate profile
- raduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
- Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
