Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Corporate Sales Trainees in Zest INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to think creatively and outside the box.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software is required.
